ZQB series of vibrating screen is suitable for the efficient screening of powder-like material. It can be widely used in industries like mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, machinery, food, electricity and etc.

ZQB series vibrating screen is vibrated by electric motor. It is simple structured, easy to be maintenance, long life, low noise, high efficiency, low energy consumption if compared with other screening equipment.

   Working principle

The vibration motor which installed on the upper (or lower) of the screen box make the vibration system vibrated linearly and high-frequently. Vibration system is sustained on the damping module. The raw material are feed from the upper of the screen box, it will be loosed, layered and transparent quickly.

    Structure

The machine consists of screen box, vibration motor, vibration damping module, screen frame and other components.

Screen box: consist by screen frame, screen panel, liner and etc.Vibration motor: This machine adopts YZD series vibration motor as vibration source. Vibration amplitude can be changed by adjusting the strength of the vibration motor.Damping module: consist by metal, springs, guide sleeve, underprop and etc.Screen rack: consist by the pedestal and other components.
